Q:How long does it take to get the shirts?

A: Orders are printed on a first come first served basis. Orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days, M-F excluding Holidays and days mail is not delivered. In most cases, orders are shipped in 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. If your order needs more than 7-10 business days for processing we will reach out to you to let you know. We do not do "rush orders" as we treat all customers with the same respect.

Q: I’m good at drawing, but I don’t know how to use illustrator or photoshop… Can you remake my drawing into print ready artwork?

A: Yes, we can just email us at info@dallasprinthouse.com and we can take care of that for you.

Q: Why does it look like there’s a “box stain” and it feels really stiff?

A: We use pretreatment on our shirts so that the quality of the print remains vibrant and it will be able to last through the wash for many years. It’s required for us to spray this on colored shirts so that the white ink can stick to the shirt. Don’t worry its part of the DTG printing process.
