2. Install the DallasPrintHouse app via Shopify/Etsy/BigCartel (Etsy and BigCartel coming soon)
Let us know when you have installed the app and provide the email connected to the account, along with your website link. This will allow us to apply any discounts for you! You can contact us at dallasprinthouse@gmail.com.
3. Sync all your products from Shopify
We have a video tutorial that walks you through the entire setup process.
4. Map your listings
Match your listings with the blank products of your choice and upload your design files for print placement.
5. Sync your unsynced orders
Orders are only unsynced if the product your customer ordered has not been synced with our platform. You only need to sync each product once. Simply select the garment you want to use for the product and place the image in the correct print location.
6. Set up shipping settings (IMPORTANT!)
- Go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery
- Select your desired shipping profile
- Scroll down to the "Not Shipping From" sectionβour app should be listed here
- Click "Add Rates" and choose the shipping profile for your orders
π¨ If this step is not completed, customers will not be able to check out with synced products, which will impact your sales!
7. Sign our POD Agreement
Sign and send a copy of the Service Agreement. This step is required before your account can be fully activated.
π How Our Service Works:
Pricing
- The pricing displayed on the product page includes both the garment cost and a left chest print.
- If you need an additional back print, it is available for $7.00 ($5.50 extra for Diamond Members).
- If you prefer a full front print instead of a left chest print, an additional $9.75 ($7.66 for Diamond Members) will be added to the listed price.
Fulfillment
Once an order is placed in your Shopify store, we will print and ship the selected garment directly to your customer.
Orders typically ship within 3β5 business days, depending on blank availability and inventory levels.
During peak periods, some delays may occur.
If an order has not shipped within 10 days, please contact us to ensure there are no unforeseen issues.
Billing
- Your card will be charged automatically once your order is batched. This means your orders are now in production and are being processed. If blanks were missing, they will now be ordered. Once you get billed, orders usually ship within 1-2 days, unless blanks are out of stock.
- If your payment method fails, you have a 5-day grace period to resolve it.
- After 5 days of non-payment, your account will be terminated.
- A 10% late fee will apply to invoices that remain unpaid for over 3 days.
- To reinstate your account, past due balances must be cleared before further fulfillment.
Production
- We will print your design exactly as placed on the garment.
- Ensure your artwork is set up in 16x20β dimensions for high-resolution printing.
- We are not responsible for quality issues caused by incorrect graphic sizing.
- Double-check your design by right-clicking the uploaded file and selecting "Open in new tab" to ensure the image appears in full quality.
Shipping Responsibility
Once USPS takes possession of your order, please direct all inquiries to them, including address changes, delays, or missing items.
