Orders & Returns
We create all items custom-made. There are no returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the garment, such as a hole or rip. Since each piece is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Printing & Quality
All monitors display RGB values, while DTG Prints are made on CMYK values, so there may be slight color differences.
We advise making a sample order before placing a wholesale order to ensure accurate colors.
No worries! This is just part of the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process.
The \"box stain\" is from a special pretreatment used to keep your design looking vibrant. It will wash out after the first wash.
We print print-ready artwork. We do not proof or check dimensions before printing.
It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork is print-ready. Our online designer gives you the flexibility of adjusting the artwork to whatever dimensions you need.
DTG printing has industry-standard tolerances:
- Placement: Up to 0.5\" shift is within tolerance
- Print Size: Slight variation up to 0.25\" is normal
- Color Variation: Minor differences with RGB-to-CMYK conversion
- Pretreat Effects: Temporary box outline washes out
- Fabric Influence: Heathers may soften colors
Turnaround & Shipping
We process orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
Monday - Friday, excluding holidays
Some blanks may take longer, up to 12 business days depending on availability. This does not include shipping time. No order can be cancelled after 24 hours since the blanks are order as orders come.
Custom Orders
Yes! Print prices start at $13 per garment for customer-provided garments.
